Kathryn Bland, Memory Care and Assisted Living Administrator
Kathryn is originally from Queens, New York. She graduated from Sarasota Military Academy in 2007. She attended South College of Florida and obtained an Associate’s degree in General Education and is currently working on her Nursing Degree. She has worked for Freedom Senior Management for over 4 years. With the support of the Freedom Senior Management team, she has obtained her Administrator’s license and is utilizing her skills and knowledge as the Administrator for Cadbury Park Memory Care and Assisted Living.

Steven Roskamp, Principal
Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Stetson University. He was a partner in Freedom Group, Inc. and served in many roles as the company grew, including information system development and oversight of several operating communities. Later he served as Director of Development for American Retirement Corporation.

team-gpGregory L. Patterson, Principal
Greg's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stetson University and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. He was an owner in Freedom Group, Inc. and also served as General Counsel. Later he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for American Retirement Corporation.


Frank Herold, VP of Marketing & Sales
Originally from Chicago, Frank graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He moved to Bradenton in 1983 and helped develop Freedom Village Retirement Community. Frank served as President of Freedom Group, Inc. from 1987, and continued on with American Retirement Corporation as Executive Vice President of Development until 1999. Prior to joining the team at Freedom Senior Management, Frank partnered with Lloyd Williams to form Williams & Herold Communities, LLC to focus on developing high quality residential communities.

team-gcGail Chase, Chief Operating Officer
Gail holds licenses as a Registered Nurse, Michigan Administrator, and an Arizona Skilled Nursing Administrator. She attended the Johns Hopkins/ NIC Senior Housing Program and holds a Certificate from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction in Construction Management. Prior to joining the Freedom Senior Management team in 2011, she served as Vice President of Senior Living for Plaza Companies based out of Peoria, Arizona, as well as over 22 years with Roskamp Arizona Management and Development.
